Ron "RC" Christensen, 57, of New Ulm died Sunday, March 13, 2016 at his home. A celebration of life will be 3 PM Friday, March 18, at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home NORTH CHAPEL in New Ulm with Pastor Jo Anne Taylor officiating. Inurnment will follow in the New Ulm City Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 - 3 PM Friday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home NORTH CHAPEL in New Ulm. He was preceded in death by his parents. Ronald Ray Christensen was born September 16, 1958 in New Ulm to Willard and Viona (Solseth) Christensen. Ron's employment took him to many states including Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, California and Colorado. His employers included Elixer Industries, oil rigs in the gulf of Mexico, Valley Roofing, Crysteel, Pietsch Construction, Minnesota Valley Testing Labs and he also worked as a custom painter.
