Minnetonka, MN - Longtime St. Clair, MN resident, Marilyn Juliar, 96, died September 18,2025 at The Glenn in Minnetonka, MN. A gravesite service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 10 at Woodland Hills Memorial Park in Mankato with Rev. Katie Menne officiating. Interment will be at Woodland Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the gravesite. Celebration of Life gathering will be held immediately after the service at the WOW! ZONE for family and friends.
Marilyn was born August 29, 1929 in Mankato to Otho and Mary Ann (Mutch) Abbott. She graduated from Mankato High School, class of 1947. She was employed as bookkeeper at the Automatic Electric Manufacturing Company. On November 17, 1948 she married Orvis Juliar in Mankato and the couple lived and farmed near St. Clair. She was an active member of St. Clair United Methodist Church. They retired to Jensen Beach, FL and lived there for over 50 years enjoying time with their Nettles Beach friends.
Marilyn is survived by her son, Steve Juliar of Montana; Grandchildren, Jacob and Tim Juliar, Ben Parkins, Abbie Cutrell, Kelly Humphrey and Molly Koop; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson. Sister, Janice Linder; several nieces and nephews. Daughter-in-law Kris Juliar. Son-in- law's Mark Robideau and David Reese. Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Orvis; Daughter, Barb Robideau; Daughter, Nancy Parkins; Grandson, Jonathan Parkins. Brother-in-law Joe Linder.
