Shakopee - Sister Jacqueline Jost, SSND, 80, died January 26, 2026, in Shakopee. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 6, 2026, at Windermere Chapel, 1705 Windermere Way, Shakopee, with Visitation at 10:00; Sharing of Memories at 10:30; and a Funeral Liturgy at 11:00. Livestreaming will be available at www.ssndcp.org/live/blc Burial in the Good Counsel Cemetery, Mankato, will follow at 2:15.

Sister Jacqueline was born in St. Paul. She graduated from Good Counsel Academy in 1963 and entered the School Sisters of Notre Dame that same year. She professed First Vows in 1965 and taught kindergarten and primary grade students in several Minnesota Catholic Schools. Beginning in 2000, she tutored in the Good Counsel Learning Center and worked part time as a nursing assistant in Good Counsel Health Care. She moved with other School Sisters of Notre Dame to Shakopee in 2022.

Sister Jacqueline is survived by her sisters in community, the School Sisters of Notre Dame and SSND Associates, and her sister Linda Gordy and nephews and a niece.
