North Mankato, Minnesota - Brian Novak, age 81 of North Mankato, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Oak Terrace Assisted living in North Mankato.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 4th, 2025, at 11:00a.m. at Messiah Lutheran church in North Mankato. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Brian was born December 7th, 1943 to Maurice and Ruby Novak in Minneapolis, MN. On May 4th, 1968, he was united in marriage to Margaret Kiser in Gainesville, GA. In his free time, he enjoyed working on classic cars, attending car shows, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Brian is survived by his wife, Margaret Novak; son, Phil (Becky) Novak; granddaughters, Mallory and Katelyn Novak.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bruce Novak.
