North Mankato, Minnesota - Allen J. Mohr

Allen J. Mohr, age 92, of North Mankato, died Tuesday, July 29, 2025.

Memorial Mass 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 4, 2025, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Mankato. Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m., Sunday at Northview - North Mankato Mortuary and will continue one hour before service at the church on Monday. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Mankato.

Allen was born to Martin and Clara (Tauer) Mohr in Cottonwood Township, MN. He graduated from Holy Trinity High School in New Ulm, MN in 1950 and Mankato Teachers College in 1954. He taught Industrial Arts for over 50 years at Randolph High School (Randolph, MN), Bethlehem Academy (Faribault, MN), and Loyola High School (Mankato, MN), as well as the Vocational College in North Mankato. He married Judy Zollner on August 9, 1960. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Vernon Mohr, Clarence Mohr, Marlow Mohr, Landis Mohr and his sisters, Aurelia Guggisberg, Sr. Agneta Mohr OSB, and Elizabeth Larson.

He is survived by his wife, Judy, his children, Tim (Jean) Mohr, Sandy (Chris) Howe, Bill (Wendy) Mohr, Darcy (Jason) Erickson, and Todd (Brook) Mohr, and grandchildren Ryan, Michaela, Addison, Stella, Lindsey, Norah, and Landon.
