Warren Graves Lerdall, age 87, of North Mankato, died Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Oaklawn Health Care Center.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 12 at 11:00 a.m. at Northview-North Mankato Mortuary with Rev. Del Begalka officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Northview. Burial will be in Woodland Hills Memorial Park.
Warren was born on July 12, 1930 to Floyd and Lucia (Graves) Lerdall. He graduated from Mankato High School in 1948. Warren was united in marriage to Norma Suserud on September 21, 1949. They raised two daughters, Terry and Linda. Warren was employed by Southern Valley Coop and Wilson Supply. In retirement, Warren worked at Target and then Menards. Warren enjoyed fishing, playing poker with friends, mall walking, and daily breakfast at Hy-Vee with the guys. Warren always had an infectious smile for everyone.
Warren is survived by his daughters, Terry Fitterer and Linda (Ken) Wilmes; his beloved dog, Baby Buffy; brother-in-law, Robert (Katina) Suserud; sister-in-law, Rose Suserud; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Norma; father and mother-in-law, Norman and Inez (Koppen) Suserud; brothers-in-law, John Suserud and John Lageson; sisters-in-law, Betty Suserud, Bev Meyer, and Carol Lageson.
