Philip Delbert Osborne

Philip "Mulligan" Delbert Osborne was born February 20, 1933 to Eugene and Ann (Willock) Osborne on a farm southwest of Madelia the 10th child of eleven. He was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith. He attended Mator Dolorosa Catholic school and graduated from Madelia Public High School in 1951. Mulligan was drafted into the army. His draft was the largest ever in Watonwan County. After a few years in California he returned to Madelia and worked fifty years at Tony Downs Foods. On April 20th 1963 he married Elsie Olson at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sleepy Eye Minnesota. He is survived by Elsie, two sons Stacy (Linda) of North Mankato, Matthew (Amber) of Highland, IL. Four grandsons Matthew Jr (Stephanie), Kendall, Baylor and Declan Osborne of Highland, IL and two great granddaughters Tate and Sawyer (Matthew Jr and Stephanie) of Fort Riley, Kansas.
