Donald "Butch" E. Adermann
Donald "Butch" Eugene Adermann, 73, of North Mankato, passed away peacefully to his eternal home Friday morning, June 8, 2018.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Northview - North Mankato Mortuary, 2060 Commerce Drive, North Mankato. Visitation will be one hour before service.
Donald was born June 4, 1945, in Minneapolis, the son of C. Otto and Lorraine (Estell) Adermann. Butch graduated from Lake Crystal High School in 1963. On July 8, 1967 he married Gloria Duffey at the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Crystal.
Butch worked for Blue Earth County as a truck driver for many years. Butch always loved to drive! Butch loved to trap shoot, farm, and fish. He went on many fishing trips to Canada and Northern Minnesota. Butch also loved visiting with people! Butch was a part of Pheasants Forever and Ducks Unlimited.
Butch is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Gloria; daughter, Lana of Waterville; son, Travis of North Mankato; four grandchildren, Jaden, Sophie, Jaxon, and Madeline; sister-in-law, Garnann Adermann of Lake Crystal; niece, Peggy Adermann of Shakopee; nephew, Paul (Lynne) Adermann of River Falls, WI and their children, Andrew and Audra; in-laws, Dean (Pauline) Duffey, Darlene Trujillo, Nancy (Theo) Black, Duane (Jeff) Duffey and many extended family and friends.
Butch was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Lawrence "Larry" Adermann; parents-in-law, Kenneth and Dorothy Duffey; brother-in-law, Jose Trujillo.
Butch was loved by many and will be missed and kept alive in our memories forever. It's in the living, loving, and leaving that lives are impacted.
