I am sad to hear about Alvera. My long time friend from Dunnell just called me. Reading Alvera's obituary, I realize how I've lost touch with my mother's side of the family. Your mom was a wonderful caregiver to my Aunt Violet and would take her to Dunnell to visit my mom, Floria Hagen. When we were growing up on the farm in Sherburn, I remember Greg staying with us occasionally. I haven't seen or even heard about Greg or Barb for many years. I live in Oakdale, east side of St Paul, MN. I would love to hear more about your families.
My love and Christian sympathy I send to you at the loss of your mother, grandmother and my cousin, Alvera.
